Service Description
Gentle introduction to grooming for puppies 3-6 months. This includes a gentle brush followed by a relaxing body wash using specialised puppy shampoo. The shampoo will be followed by a relaxing blow-dry leaving your puppy calm and ready for their next appointment. We suggest booking 6 sessions which we will tailor according to your puppy's needs. After the 6 sessions your puppy will be confident and happy to come for their first full groom.
Cancellation Policy
At Hunts Hounds your appointment time is reserved especially for you and your dog. We understand that life happens and plans change, but last-minute cancellations or missed appointments have a big impact on our small business. To keep things running smoothly for all our customers we kindly ask that you follow the policy below:- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the groom. No Shows - if you do not attend your appointment without informing us a 100% no-show fee will be charged. Late Arrivals - if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and a fee may apply Deposits - at busy times (including Christmas and summer) we may request a booking deposit, which is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend.
