Service Description
We offer a complete pamper treatment which includes a bath using our pet and environmentally friendly products, blow dry and brush out. Followed by a haircut using clippers or scissors, depending on breed standard or owner preference. Nail trimming and ear cleaning is included if necessary. Full scissor grooms are available for suitable breeds, but due to the extra time taken will be charged at a higher rate.
Cancellation Policy
At Hunts Hounds your appointment time is reserved especially for you and your dog. We understand that life happens and plans change, but last-minute cancellations or missed appointments have a big impact on our small business. To keep things running smoothly for all our customers we kindly ask that you follow the policy below:- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the groom. No Shows - if you do not attend your appointment without informing us a 100% no-show fee will be charged. Late Arrivals - if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and a fee may apply Deposits - at busy times (including Christmas and summer) we may request a booking deposit, which is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not attend.
