Service Description
Reduces loose undercoat and keeps your home cleaner. Includes a bath using products designed to help with the process. Hair is dried and brushed out with a hair removal tool.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments: All grooming sessions are by appointment only. Late Arrivals: We know that unexpected things can happen but please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure your dog receives their full treatment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in us not being able to complete the groom as we do work to a strict timetable. Please call us if you are going to be late so we can work with you. Cancellations: We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the full service price. Please contact us if you need to cancel your appointment. Matted Fur: If your pet has matted fur, please be aware that we will need extra time and care to safely remove the mats. This may result in additional charges. In some cases, clipping/shaving may be necessary to prevent discomfort or injury to your pet. Please let me know in advance if you are happy with me shaving the matts from your dog’s coat to avoid upset. We will call you in advance if we do find mats to discuss the options before proceeding with the remainder of the groom. Aggressive Dogs: If your dog has a history of aggression, please inform us prior to the grooming session. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe the safety of our staff or other pets is at risk. Any incidents of aggression may result in additional handling fees. Double-coated dogs: These dogs require special care during grooming. Excessive trimming or shaving can damage the coat and affect its ability to regulate temperature. Please inform us if you have any specific concerns or preferences before we start the groom. Pregnant dogs: Please note we do not accept pregnant females for safety reasons. If you think your bitch may be pregnant please inform us immediately. Health & Behaviour: Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, or behavioural concerns before your appointment. This helps us keep your dog safe, comfortable, and happy. Before every groom we complete a thorough health check on your dog and if we do find any issues we will keep you informed so that you can speak with your own vet. We also work with our own local vet so if we have concerns we may speak with them ourselves. Puppies & Seniors: We happily welcome dogs of all ages. If this is your pup’s first groom or your senior dog needs extra love and attention please just let us know — we will tailor the experience to suit them.
